CTO’s Hospitality Assured Certification for Divi Southwinds Beach Resort
Divi Southwinds Beach Resort has met the Hospitality Assured criteria and can now boast of attaining the Hospitality Assured Certification.
Divi Southwinds General Manager Alvin Jemmott and CTO’s Bonita Morgan on presentation of the Certification, Mr Jemmott requested all staff members have a CTO badge as they are all key components for the resort’s success.
The certification from the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) attests to the fact that Divi Southwinds provides a high standard of service and business excellence to its customers on an ongoing basis, which must be commended.
CTO’s Bonita Morgan and Divi Southwinds General Manager Alvin Jemmott were the keynotes for the ceremony.
