Barbadian Print Media bungles Crime Report – Despite that, stronger Security promised for Patrons

In response to the strap-line ‘Security to be beefed up following shooting during football’ which appeared in the Tuesday 9 October 2012 edition of the Daily Nation, the Royal Barbados Police Force would like to state that from initial investigations carried out in the shooting incident which occurred on Sunday 7 October 2012, the incident did not occur inside or on the compound of Kensington Oval, but away from the compound.
