The Barbados Water Authority is repairing and investigating Water Outages in their distribution system for Monday 25th June 2012
The Barbados Water Authority informs the public that it has today Monday, June 25th sustained bursts on the following:
• a 12-inch main in Windsor, St. George,
• a 6-inch main in Halton, St. Philip and
• a 4-inch main in St. Simon’s, St. Andrew.
The BWA apologises for the inconvenience and thanks you for your understanding.
The areas expected to be affected by the burst in Windsor include Edgecumbe, Windsor, Campaign Castle and surrounding districts while the problems in Halton and St. Simon’s have caused outages to the immediate area only.
Residents of the affected areas will be supplied by water tanker while crews carry out repairs.
The Authority is also today investigating reports of suspected bursts in Durhams, St. Lucy; Hinds Hill, St. Michael and Bathsheba, St. Joseph.
