“She dared to do something she wanted to do…sing and train others to sing.”
“Walkin’ In My Own Shoes” is a Jazz and vocal showcase of a young lady who, against the odds, stepped into her own shoes and dared to do something she wanted to do… sing and train others to sing.
The event will be held at the Frank Collymore Hall on Sunday 10th June 2012 at 6pm. Tickets are available at A&B Music Supplies in Sheraton Centre, C S Pharmacy on Broad Street, all locations of Things Gospel, and Traffic Boutique in Hastings.
“Walkin’ In My Own Shoes” – a Jazz & Vocal Showcase will be a fusion of Jazz artiste Kellie Cadogan and her protégé Voices 101 students. Kellie will be backed by the 1688 Orchestra, a unique Caribbean musical ensemble of big band and steel pan, dedicated to the craft of instrumental performance.
