I tell folks that with the current economic situation I make places like The People’s Market grunt for Non-Member Bulk Shopping who are just off Eagle Hall towards Warrens and look for new books at either 2 Good to be 2 for $2 near the Royal Shop in the City or Dis & Dat opposite immigration close to the Wharf also in Bridgetown, where they have a host of Trade Paperbacks and Hardcovers for $5.
Now don't tell me the Manufacturer did not realise what people would say? There's also a flip & flirt too, from same brand, a la "Something About Mary" with Ben Stiller & Cameron Diaz? All here in Barbados, folks! (Un)Intentional Porn? H'mm
What I also like is not only the bargains but the products you find? The above photo was taken at Dollarwise on Swan Street, where all items are $3 (their name used to apply but when folks raid them for bargains the price got slightly boosted – most things are good, but their Lasagne and Noodle packages are a bit salt even by my standards, try their Tang flavours and save on Coke or Sprite) each…
